Are we missing anything important? please let us know

Yes! The Hedge Barber leaves your yard clean and beautiful. Additionally, we are partnered with a local cedar recycling company so that our environmental impact is limited. The refuse goes to a local company called Re-Source Intégration, who recycle the cedar trimmings into essential oils that are used in numerous products.

No waste is left behind.

For safety reasons, we cannot perform ladder work or handle sharp equipment in the rain. We will always contact you either the night before, first thing in the morning or as soon as weather delays your work to let you know and to reschedule.

If the weather clears up, we will complete the job as originally scheduled. If not, we will move the work to the reschedules date and time.

We value your time and believe that communication is important.

Due the amount of rain that Ottawa gets and our high demand, work schedules can get really tight and make it hard to accommodate all of our customers.

If for any reason (e.g. bad weather, equipment malfunction, or worker shortage) we cannot perform our work as scheduled, we will always let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated. [We have a 48 hour policy to re-accommodate our clients schedule.]

If your work has been delayed for any reason, know that we are working hard to reschedule and accommodate your needs.

We accept payments via credit card (online), Cheque, or e-transfer.

Credit Card: Once the job is completed, you will receive your invoice via email with all the information regarding how to pay online. Our client hub is 100% secure and is powered by our friends at Jobber. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Cheque: Please write your name and service address to avoid confusion and have the cheque ready on the date of service or mail it to:

E-transfer:
If you want to pay via E-transfer, please send us the transfer to:

We will send you the paid invoice via email after the transfer is accepted.

Our employees are fully covered by WSIB Insurance ( Worskspace Safety and Insurance Board). We also have commercial general liability insurance, to ensure our mutual protection. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions regarding the details of our coverage.
